LandSIQ is a land and site intelligence platform designed to organize property, planning, site, market and development-economics information into a preliminary decision workflow.
What is Founding Access?

Can I use LandSIQ if I live outside the United States?
Yes. LandSIQ is available to users worldwide. Your physical location does not by itself determine whether you can use LandSIQ. The current Founding Access promotional offer, however, is limited to eligible participants located in the United States.
Can I analyze a U.S. property if I live outside the United States?
Where LandSIQ property-data coverage and applicable capabilities are available, users may evaluate supported properties regardless of where the user is located. Current Founding Access eligibility is determined separately.
Where does LandSIQ have property coverage?
Property-data coverage and feature availability vary by jurisdiction. Initial property-data coverage is planned for selected Florida markets.
Can professionals outside the United States apply?
The current Founding Professional initiative is open to professionals serving supported U.S. markets. Professionals elsewhere may register interest in potential future participation. This eligibility rule applies to the Founding Professional program only — it does not limit who may use LandSIQ.
What is the LandSIQ Score?
The LandSIQ Score is a strategy-specific decision-support indicator based on development, site, market, infrastructure, economic and risk factors.
Does a high Land-Use Change Signal mean my property will be rezoned?
No. The signal measures the strength of observed planning and development indicators. It is not a probability or guarantee of governmental approval.
Is LandSIQ an appraisal?
No. LandSIQ may display market evidence and analytical scenarios, but these are not appraisals.
What is LandSIQ Verified?
LandSIQ Verified™ is a planned professional-verification layer intended to help users connect with appropriate independent professionals when additional review is appropriate.
What is a Founding Professional?
A Founding Professional is an applicant seeking early participation in the future LandSIQ Verified professional ecosystem. Application does not guarantee acceptance or future work.
